Jessica is your direct manager, overseeing all aspects of the National Accounts objectives. She will be your primary point of contact for PTO approvals, KPI reports, answering questions, joining team meetings, and more.

Kyrsten Bowen – Director of Lead Setting & National Accounts (928)412-1732

Kyrsten oversees National Accounts from a higher level, particularly from a “post-sale” perspective. Her team handles contract processing and contacts leads to schedule free in-home consultations. She focuses on store strategy and is available for one-on-one sessions to help you develop strategic plans for individual store success. If a DSM or SM reaches out with issues or concerns about an existing sale/customer, Kyrsten can either provide an answer or direct you to the appropriate person.

Daniel Trainor – Lead Setting Assistant Manager

Daniel is available to assist with questions about your team’s leads and appointments. He can also help coordinate ride-alongs with designers for your team. If there are any challenges with lead setting or appointments involving BAs, Daniel will reach out to help find a solution.

Marvin Janes – General Manager for Charlotte/Raleigh/Greenville/Asheville

Marvin can assist with customer issues originating from the store or DSM, similar to Kyrsten’s role for Arizona. He can also confirm job stop information for HD DSMs. While Dylan Adamcryk and Jason McFalls typically handle Re-Bath trailer deliveries and in-store display repairs, Marvin should be included in all calendar invites and repair request email chains.
