New hires get 4 polo shirts. Once the weather cools, you can order 2 long sleeve, a hat/beanie if they wish. If they’ve made it an entire year then they get a jacket! Please don’t forget to login before you purchase.

Feel free to shop around for the best deals. If your Brand Ambassador has specific requests or needs, let’s do our best to accommodate them—whether it’s a more comfortable chair or a rubber mat for standing. Please don’t forget to login the business amazon account, do not order from your personal.














What to order on Home Depot Market Store Front.
Order tri-fold brochures for your Brand Ambassadors to display on their tables when set-up inside a Home Depot. Please note, we DO NOT restock Home Depot’s bath brochures in-store. While we can place a few brochures in empty holders, it’s important to remind the store to regularly order bath remodeling brochures through their Ariba system.

What to order on Canva.
To save on supplies and create more personalized products, we’ve designed many items that can be ordered directly through Canva. Reach out to Jessica whenever you need to place an order through Canva.











Extras you might need to order.
There are many things that pop up throughout the year. As long as you stay within your budget you can purchase extra items as needed for special circumstances. Here are some ideas.
- Golden Duck Trophies – end of year gifts for stores who reached goals.
- Custom pens for store events.
- Re-Bath tumblers, jackets, lunch pails, etc. gift for a BA.
- Giant oversized checks for stores that hit certain goals.
- Gift cards for BA’s as contest gifts.
- Kids workshops – kid friendly giveaways.
Budgets and Receipts.
You will be provided with a monthly supplies budget to manage. It’s crucial to track your purchases and maintain a running total to ensure you stay within your budget. Prioritize ordering essential items first, such as PK cards, appointment cards, brochures, ducks, candy, and cleaning supplies. Once those are covered, you can consider additional items your team may need.
After every purchase, you must email Jessica a screenshot or downloaded invoice/receipt for documentation.
Each month, wait for confirmation from your manager that funds are available on the AMEX card before making any purchases. Typically, funds are replenished by the second week of the month, but you will be notified when it’s time to proceed.
Be mindful of saving where possible—if you don’t use your entire budget, that’s perfectly fine. Our department is one of the more costly ones to operate due to the supplies required, and we greatly appreciate your efforts to minimize unnecessary spending.
Additionally, $100 from your monthly budget can be allocated for BA gifts, contests, team lunches, or similar initiatives.
If you’ve exhausted your budget and an urgent need arises, reach out to Jessica to see if additional purchases can be approved. Please note that the AMEX card funds are shared across all National Accounts.
If you wish to make an out-of-pocket expense you can do so and submit your receipt in Concur. Note that your reimbursement will get distributed on your next paycheck.
How to submit an expense receipt in Concur.
Click the plus icon under expense report.

Report name : Type your name + Month Expense. Ex: Jessica’s March Expenses.
Business purpose: Ex: 4ft table, team lunch, etc.
Click create report bottom right corner.

Click Add Expense button.

Click Manually Create Expense.

Search for an expense reason that makes the most sense.

Make sure to complete the following fields.
- Transaction date.
- Business purpose.
- Payment type change to out-of-pocket.
- Total $ amount.
- Entity – Change to your state.
- Upload new recipet.
- Click Save Expense.

You can continue to add out-of-pocket expenses. When you are ready for reimbursement on your next paycheck click Submit Report.

Uniform ordering & Monthly Budgets.
Each year, you will be assigned two months during which you can purchase up to two new shirts per existing Brand Ambassador. Before placing an order, please confirm if they actually need new shirts. We want to avoid ordering unnecessarily.
When you have a new hire, you can automatically order them 4 new shirts, regardless of your assigned ordering months.
Additionally, when a Brand Ambassador reaches their one-year anniversary, you can purchase a jacket for them! Show them the options available in the Re-Bath Gear shop and let them choose their preferred jacket.
