Follow these steps when requesting a new hire. Afterward, we’ll guide you through the onboarding process, your training manual, how to create a training schedule, and what to prepare ahead of your new hire’s first day!
- Confirm the need for a new hire with your manager, then submit the New Hire Request JotForm.
- HR will post the job listing and handle pre-screening questions.
- Once pre-screening is complete, HR will provide you with qualified applicants for interviews. Conduct an interview with another manager or team member.
- If you’ve identified a strong candidate, request HR to schedule a final interview with your direct manager.
- Upon approval from your manager, HR will extend the official job offer to the applicant. The applicant will need to complete a background check, drug test, and their PI index test prior to onboarding.
- HR will manage the onboarding process, including completing paperwork, ordering and setting up the new hire’s iPad, and preparing a 2-3 day training schedule. (See schedule below per territory)
- Start dates for new hires are only twice a month. Either the 1st Monday or the 3rd Monday of the month.
- After completing the two- three day training, HR will officially release the new hire to you to begin their role-specific training under your guidance.

This newly streamlined hiring and onboarding process is designed to ensure every new hire gains a clear understanding of how our business operates. With a team spanning multiple departments and three states, it’s essential to provide a structured approach that simplifies the onboarding experience and fosters comprehension.
