Re-Bath is nationally contracted with Lowe’s across the entire country. This means that if there’s a local Re-Bath franchise in the area, they will be the bathroom remodeler available in Lowe’s stores. However, this partnership isn’t guaranteed forever.
Lowe’s has the ability to request the removal and replacement of a local franchise if issues arise, such as poor partnership, slow project timelines, or low sales performance.
To maintain and strengthen this partnership—just as we do with Home Depot—it’s crucial that we foster a positive relationship with our local Lowe’s stores.
That’s where you come in! By actively supporting this partnership, setting up BA tables in stores to generate leads, scheduling and attending spotlight PK events, participating in team meetings and local store events, and ensuring customers have an exceptional experience with their projects, we can secure our place in Lowe’s for the long term.
Reminders for Lowes.
- Brochure Stocking
- Keeping Lowe’s brochures stocked is our responsibility.
- Order brochures through the Re-Bath Market and ensure BAs always have a supply to refill.
- Shower Displays
- Some stores already have shower displays, and most will have one by the end of 2026.
- It’s our responsibility to clean these displays and report any damages for prompt repairs.
- Cardboard Pop-Up Displays
- For stores without shower displays, cardboard “elliptical” displays are used.
- If a store is missing one or the existing display is damaged, order a replacement through the Re-Bath Market.
- If the acrylic brochure holder on the elliptical display is damaged, you can reorder just the holder instead of the entire display.
- Business Cards
- Lowe’s allows us to use personal business cards in stores.
- Table Displays
- Most Lowe’s stores are okay with table displays set up at the front of the store.
- Always check with the management team to confirm their preferred location.
- Fashion Bath Area
- This area is often unmanned by employees and tucked into a corner.
- If your BA sets up their table here, encourage them to find a highly visible spot.
- This area is a great place to engage customers browsing vanities, showers, and bath products.

Lowes involvement and how it may be different.
- Lowe’s vs. Home Depot Management Style
- Lowe’s upper management may feel more hands-off compared to Home Depot, but this doesn’t mean they don’t care at the store level.
- Lowe’s focuses on the bigger picture of home services, evaluating total sales volume across all services rather than setting individual sales goals for each category.
- Sales Goals and Lead Generation
- Since we don’t have visibility into specific Lowe’s bath sales goals, we use last year’s leads and sales numbers as a reference to set expectations for this year.
- Our primary goal is for every store to achieve at least $120,000 in sales per year, which requires an average of 12 in-store generated leads per month. This is considered a lower-volume store.
- For stores that exceeded the $120,000 baseline last year, we increase their sales goal by $20,000 over last year’s sales as their new target.
- Incentives for Lowe’s Employees
- Department Supervisors in key areas like Kitchen, Plumbing, Appliances, and Flooring can earn monthly bonuses ranging from $700 to $1,800 from Re-Bath sales.
- These incentives motivate store associates to actively work on generating leads and driving sales.
